Tea is amazingly diverse, although many guests haven't found this out yet. Think of Asia, where enjoying tea with a meal is an essential part of the meal. Now, not everybody enjoys green tea but a fresh Darjeeling or a flavoured green tea such as Earl Grey or even a rooibos can be the perfect partner to a meal, and it doesn't always have to be beer, wine or water.
